Thank you for choosing [ Elite Jewel ]. Because each piece of our custom jewelry is handcrafted to your exact specifications.

Production Time and Transit Time. 
Every custom order undergoes design, manufacturing, quality control, and professional polishing before shipment.
  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 3–4 business days.
  • Standard Custom Jewelry ( Name necklaces, initial rings): Takes 4–5 business days to handcraft.

    Note: If your order contains both ready-to-ship and custom pieces, the entire order will ship together once the custom item is complete.
    We partner with premium couriers like [TRAX COURIER ] to ensure your jewelry arrives safely. 
    • Delivery Time: 4–5 business days after the production period is complete. 
    • Shipping Charges:  on all orders Rs. [Amount, Rs 250/- ]. 
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to Rs. 1500 ]. 2 or more items exceeding this amount may require a [Percentage, e.g., 20%] advance payment before production begins.
      Damaged or Lost Packages
      All our packages are strictly quality-tested and shipped in tamper-evident, secure packaging. If your package arrives structurally damaged or opened, please do not accept the delivery.
