At Entic Jewel, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your customized jewelry purchase. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may require returns or refunds. Please review our policy below:

  1. Customized Products: Since our jewelry items are personalized to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.

  2. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a customized jewelry item that is defective or not what you ordered, please contact us within 5/7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to promptly replace the item or issue a refund, including any shipping charges.

  3. Cancellation: Due to the personalized nature of our products, cancellations can only be accepted. 

  4. Refunds: Refunds for defective or incorrect items will be processed within 5/7 business days of our receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  5. Return Process: If you need to return a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at elitejewel4030@gmail.com/03098297850 to obtain a return authorization. Once authorized, carefully package the item and return it to us at the address provided. Please include your order number and reason for return with your package.

  6. Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been customized according to your specifications cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
